Started in early 2015 Chicken and Sons has set out to reinvent the iconic Aussie Chicken Shop. Using only the best possible produce and years of restaurant experience. Mark and Adam have aimed to create a product that draws on their years of experience in the industry, that includes all hospitality, from, Michelin starred kitchens in the UK to back street pubs in Sydney.
The Chicken and Sons product is traceable, seasonal and market driven, it's essentially the food we like to eat at home, accessible, value led and full of flavour (with a few twists we've learnt along the way)
